Since 1986, the Law Enforcement Torch run for Special Olympics Wisconsin has raised more than $16.8 million for the athletes with more than 1,000 law enforcement officers participating annually. Please join us in 2011 to celebrate each and every law enforcement officer who has helped to keep the flame burning bright for 25 years.

Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics
- May 14
Local Law Enforcement is highly encouraged to participate in opening ceremonies starting at 8:45 a.m. at Oregon High School.
- June 8
- Wisconsin Final Leg State Kickoff Ceremony.
- Noon-1:00 p.m. WI State Capitol Building
- The Kickoff will celebrate the history of the torch Run by having speakers, music, food and drinks.
- June 9
Law Enforcement Torch Run from Madison to Portage. Begins outside the Capitol Building at 8a.m. Email John Brogan to be an escort vehicle, run , bike, or walk in one of the many legs we have available. Brogan@co.dane.wi.us
