The Officers in River Falls Unanimously Elect to Leave LAW for the WPPA

The WPPA is proud to announce that the River Falls police officers have voted unanimously to leave the Labor Association of Wisconsin (LAW) and join the ranks of the WPPA. The Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission announced the results of this election earlier today.

In 2009, the WPPA was the only labor organization in Wisconsin that grew its membership and had a winning interest arbitration record. In fact, with respect to law enforcement arbitrations, the WPPA was undefeated. The results of the River Falls election are further proof that the WPPA continues to grow because people recognize that we provide superior services.

The WPPA welcomes the River Falls officers and is eager to begin providing them with the representation they deserve.
