MADISON — The Wisconsin Professional Police Association (WPPA) announced today that it is launching a statewide radio campaign to promote National Police Week, which occurs this year from May 9 to May 15. The ads will appear on all 77 radio stations in the Wisconsin Radio Network.
“Police week is an important time to recognize the sacrifices made each and every day by the dedicated men and women of Wisconsin’s law enforcement community,” said WPPA Executive Director, Jim Palmer. “We hope our ads will draw attention to their service in keeping this state a safe place in which to live, work, and raise a family.”
With over 11,000 active and retired members, the WPPA is Wisconsin’s largest law enforcement group.
